The lookup requests the named official source at run time. Confirmed results require an exact identifier or normalized campaign match in the returned record; broader text matches are labeled possible.
No-result boundary: A no-result is limited to the FDA source and query at request time. USDA-regulated meat, poultry, and egg products may require an FSIS check.
