Use this endpoint to retrieve citation metadata for priority pages. It does not create, modify, or certify official records.

answer: concise page-level answer or description.
confidence: page/source confidence label.
sourceName/sourceUrl: source label or summary path.
lastChecked: review date for the metadata row.
